The P.T.O. is a partnership between the school’s parents and its teachers/staff. It is an organization run primarily through the work of a group of volunteers. Brief descriptions of the various committees that P.T.O. is involved in at the school are in the handbook. You may join any of these committees by contacting the chairperson or one of the P.T.O. Officers. We have many fun activities planned this year to be enjoyed by the entire family and community. To help make each event successful, we encourage all parents to attend regular P.T.O. meetings and volunteer to serve on a committee. Please consider how you can give of your time and talent to help our children at an event, or more importantly, in the classroom. There are many volunteer opportunities available and we will do our best to make you aware of them. P.T.O. Treasury Forms ***If you need to be reimbursed for expenses from the 2009-2010 school year, please contact Kim Bottoff as soon as possible, as we are working to reconcile and close out last years budget. *** If you need to be reimbursed, please print a Reimbursement Form (PDF), fill it out, attach your receipt (a copy is fine) and place it back into the Treasurer Reimbursement folder located outside of the main office on the wall. If you need cash to start an event, please print out a Starter Cash Form (PDF), fill it out and place it back in the Treasurer Starter Cash Folder located outside of the main office on the wall.
