CL: Administrative Reports

The Committee will require reports from the Superintendent regarding the achievement of educational and administrative purposes set forth within the annual goals and objectives of the district.

School building administrators will be required to keep such records and make reports as the Superintendent may direct or require.

The Committee will use the Superintendent’s reports as one way to evaluate the effectiveness with which schools and departments are achieving the goals and objectives of the district. These reports are one way to keep stakeholder groups informed of district programs and conditions.

Because time is of the essence when collecting and delivering statistical information,  administrators will pay close attention to the timeliness of all district reports, accounting, and general business matters that are required for the administration of the district and will meet all required deadlines for the collection and delivery of such data. .
