Professional staff members may discontinue their service in the district by submitting a written notice of intent to resign to the appropriate hiring authority. Such written notice of intent to resign will be given to the Superintendent as soon as possible after receipt by the hiring authority.
As part of the monthly Personnel Report, the Superintendent will inform the Committee of his/her receipt of a staff member’s intent to resign.
