Hello Melrose Families, 

As you are hopefully aware by now, we have transitioned to a new communication platform for emails, phone calls, text messages, etc. This information is updated from Aspen nightly.  We are asking every current family to update their Aspen contact information this year.  These directions include a video and screenshots to walk you through the process.  If you are unable to access your Aspen account please submit a tech ticket by emailing aspenhelp@melroseschools.com.  You must include your name, your child's name, grade, and school on the ticket.  The subject line should include ASPEN Family Portal Support.  We hope that by completing this quick action we will have up-to-date contact information for every family.
